انضمّوا إلينا لأمسية مميّزة مليئة بالفن والإلهام والتوعية
يتضمّن الحدث حلقة نقاشية يشارك فيها متحدثون ملهمون من جمعية السرطان القطرية والكوتش وضحى الأدبـع وأخصائية التغذية في كالو شوق الشيخ يتحدّثون عن العافية والقوة والشفاء من خلال أسلوب الحياة والتفكير الإيجابي

وبعد النقاش، شاركوا في ورشة فنية تعبّرون فيها عن مشاعركم من خلال الرسم باستخدام ألوان الأكريليك أو الألوان المائية ضمن أجواء دافئة تشجّع على الإبداع والتعبير

Join us for a meaningful evening filled with art, inspiration, and awareness
The event will feature a Discussion Panel with inspiring speakers from Qatar Cancer Society, Coach Wadha Al Adba, and Calo’s Senior Nutritionist Shooq Al Shaikh sharing insights on wellness, strength, and healing through lifestyle and mindset

Following the panel, take part in an art workshop where you’ll create your own painting using watercolors or acrylics, in a warm and supportive environment that encourages self-expression and creativity
