Return Conditions:
- Eligibility:Â The Purchaser Is Entitled To Return The Artwork Within 7 Days Of Receiving It.
- Damaged Artwork:Â If The Client Received The Artwork With Damage, The Return Will Be Entirely Free Of Charge.
- Unwanted Artwork: If The Client Is Returning The Artwork Because They Didn’t Like It In Its Original State, The Cost Of Delivery And Return Shipping Will Be Deducted From The Refund.
- Condition Of Artwork:Â The Artwork Must Be Returned In Its Original Condition, Without Any Damage.
- Certificate Of Authenticity: The Authenticity Certificate Must Also Be Returned Along With The Artwork.
Packaging:
If The Artwork Was Received In Specific Packaging In Addition To The Shipping Company’s Packaging, The Original Packaging Must Not Be Damaged And Must Be Returned As Well.
Customer Responsibilities:
The Artwork Must Be In The Same State As When Received.
The Purchaser Must Ethically Commit Not To Photograph Or Duplicate The Artwork, As This Violates Our Terms And Conditions.
Violations:
If We Discover That The Purchaser Has Copied Or Duplicated The Artwork, WEYA Art Reserves The Right To Blacklist The Client From Our Services.
Additionally, The Artist Retains The Right To Pursue Legal Action Against The Purchaser For Copyright Infringement.
Non-Compliance:
