Description

Al Maha portrays two Arabian oryx standing calmly within a desert landscape softened by greenery, symbolizing resilience, balance, and survival. Once endangered, the oryx has become a powerful emblem of renewal and protection in the Gulf, representing harmony between nature and human stewardship. The loose, expressive brushwork and gentle palette evoke a sense of stillness and quiet dignity, allowing the animals to exist as guardians of the land rather than subjects of spectacle. Through this composition, the artwork reflects themes of endurance, coexistence, and the timeless bond between Qatar’s natural heritage and its evolving environment.
